Waikato Hunt

Waikato Hunt was established in 1891, with colours first registered in 1962, then subsequently updated in 1991 to: Gentlemen green coat with Wallace Tartan collar; Ladies black coat with Wallace Tartan collar. The Waikato boundaries (2011) are from Kawhia in the southwest through Te Kawa to Ngaroma then east through Wiltsdown to Mamaku. The eastern boundary being the Kaimai Range north to Mangaiti then westward to Tahuna, and a line through the Waimai Valley to the sea.
